The SRP Series Sucker Rod Pump Drives by Industrial Controls Solutions is ultimate solution in Sucker Rod Pump control. The SRP Series comes in two configurations the SRP Basic™ and the SRP Advanced™.

The SRP Basic™ is a powerful variable frequency drive (VFD) which acts an electronic sheave to allow your pumper to match the production of the pump with the production of the formation. By controlling the speed of the motor through the cycle of the pump, the SRP Basic™ can reduce your energy usage 15-40%. As an additional benefit, running your pump continuously at a slower speed will reduce mechanical stresses on the gear box, rod string, and other moving parts.

The SRP Advanced™ with its enhanced features combines the same powerful variable frequency drive (VFD) found in the SRP Basic™ with the GOP-350 to provide the SRP Advanced™ with an intelligent graphical controller interface which allows the user to see the status, fault history, and running information as well as the programmed parameters, which has not been previously available in traditional pump-off controllers.

The SRP Advanced™ allows you to monitor, control and fine-tune the drive/pump-off controller at the well site, and it doesn’t require any external sensors, load cells or other devices,because it precisely determines the Pump-off from the torque required by the motor.

Both the SRP Basic™ and SRP Advanced™ provide simple field installation, better service support and an assurance that the pre-wire, factory-tested panel has already addressed all interference issues.
