Pump Control Panels

Roustabout-Ready Series

The Roustabout Ready™ pump control panel from Industrial Controls Solutions is a NEMA rated combination starter designed with a deep knowledge of today’s technologies and practical experience of the oil
and gas industries.

The Roustabout Ready™comes standard with practical features such
as prewired in/out terminal blocks for field wiring, a factory installed surge
arrester, and a “PLUG AND PLAY BLOCK” for adding additional pre-wired,
pre-configured optional components to save the installer time and money by eliminating any possible wiring errors.

Simple options such as a stop button or condition indicator lights install in seconds, because they all come pre-wired and pre-configured and ready to plug into the “PLUG AND PLAY BLOCK.”

More advanced options such as:

  • Advanced Time Clock, which keeps track of your run
time, number of operations, and gives you precise pump-off times, down the minute.
  • Advanced Overload Relay, which not only gives you
superior phase loss and phase-unbalance protection, it can shut down quickly under a jam or stall condition.
  • The Remote iKnow™ Cellular Input/Output system ,
which uses cellular telemetry to enable/disable devices, monitor run time, and log maintenance hours.

Also come pre-wired and pre-configured and ready to plug directly into the “PLUG AND PLAY BLOCK.”

All of this makes the Roustabout Ready™ the most easily installed, easily maintained, and easiest to use pump control panels in the market today or for customers who want a more basic build it yourself pump panel package we offer our Roustabout Basic.
